Who We Are
Gridhaul is a veteran- and minority-owned small business built by two service-disabled veterans with deep experience in logistics, pricing, and procurement systems.
We exist to help agencies and primes move quickly and source reliably — without unnecessary overhead or delays.
Founding Team
Julio Cisneros
Marine Corps veteran with aviation logistics and supply chain expertise.
Julio brings hands-on experience from military and enterprise-level operations. He has led seasonal government freight strategies, developed pricing systems for high-volume freight carriers, and built automation tools that power procurement and load management at scale.
Rob Janice
Marine Corps veteran and procurement strategist specializing in acquisition workflows and vendor research.
Rob has guided federal and commercial teams through complex transformation projects, supporting defense, intelligence, and legislative environments. He leads Gridhaul’s strategy and compliance efforts and teaches consulting management as an adjunct professor.
